House rules and Terms & conditions
Blue Luxury Apartments – Bergstaðastræti 44 – 101 Reykjavik City
Our Apartments are fully equipped for a pleasant and luxurious stay and we hope you have a wonderful experience staying with us. There a few house rules that we ask of you to follow and respect, in order to make your stay and our services even better.
- Check out time is at 11:00am everyday, the latest. Please leave the key in the key box. That way we know that you vacated the apartment.
- There are other guests staying in the building. Please show respect to your fellow travellers and make sure to use your inside voice while walking through the corridor.
- Please ensure that peace and quiet is established within the building as of 23:00 (11:00pm) every night.
- If there are any incidents within the apartment, please inform us in order to fix or replace it. Don‘t be shy, accidents can happen.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden within the building. Smoking in the apartment or in the building will result in a 500€ fine.
- Please show respect to your apartment and keep it tidy and decent. When you leave, please put all dishes, glasses and other household equipment in the dishwasher and turn it on for us.
- In case of any damages or disrespect of our property we do allow us to charge you: 300 euros for having a party or disrespect our apartment and leave it very dirty. 300 euros euros for taking things out of the apartments
- The apartments are self-catering and do not come with a cleaning service during your stay or on-site reception. Garbage bins can be found on the left side of the building.
- If you require extra towels, feel free to contact us over phone or e-mail.
- Please do not take any pillows, blankets or towels out of the room.
To book and stay in our apartments, guests must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid credit card.
We require a valid credit card to be presented at the time of check in.
Check in hours are everyday after 15:00 and check out time is at 11:00.
Please provide your expected arrival time in the booking process in order for us to know when to expect you.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. In case of a cancellation, this is our policy;
Cancel more than one week prior to arrival and get a full refund (100%).
Cancel in the last week before your arrival and get a 90% refund of your booking amount.
In case of a no-show or last day cancellation we charge 100% of the booking amount.
If you wish to pay only a deposit at the time of booking, feel free to contact us via e-mail.

Children are welcome at Blue Luxury Apartments but we do not allow pets. Some apartments can be fitted with an extra mattress for allowing 2 more persons to stay in.

300 euros for taking things out of the apartments
